QuestGiggle ("the App", "we", "us") is a real-time multiplayer trivia and guessing game operated by Pixy Digital. This policy explains what information we collect when you use QuestGiggle, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data to perform our contract with you (running the game), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud and cheat prevention, service improvement), with your consent (personalised advertising, where consent is required), and to comply with legal obligations. Personal data is also processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run QuestGiggle:

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings → Delete Account. You can also request deletion by e-mailing us at oznzengin@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. Deletion removes your profile, match history, and stored personal data as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the e-mail address below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
QuestGiggle is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Access to production systems is restricted, and passwords are never stored — sign-in uses Google, Apple, or one-time e-mail links.
Our servers are located in the European Union. Service providers listed above may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
