Terms of Service

Effective date: July 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuestGiggle mobile application ("the App"), operated by Pixy Digital ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use QuestGiggle. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Choose a respectful username. Usernames that are offensive, misleading, or impersonate others may be rejected or changed by us.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage is not allowed.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights, title, and interest in the App — including questions, artwork, characters, and software — remain ours or our licensors'.

4. Virtual items

Lives, points, badges, league placements, and other in-game items are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and may be modified, rebalanced, or discontinued as part of game updates.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are billed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions such as QuestGiggle Pro renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its policies.

6. Fair play

Cheating, automation, exploiting bugs, tampering with the client or network traffic, or interfering with other players is prohibited.
To keep matches fast, a match may include computer-controlled opponents when not enough players are available. Scoring rules are the same for everyone.
We may investigate suspicious activity and remove scores, rewards, or rankings obtained unfairly.

7. Conduct

Do not use the App to harass or harm others, to distribute unlawful or offensive content, or to violate any applicable law.

8. Advertising

The App displays third-party advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by advertising partners and are subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 4, 10, and 11) survive.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that virtual items or progress will always be preserved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
